By accessing and using the services of Smolds & Gomb Pet Care, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Smolds & Gomb Pet Care provides professional pet care services including boarding, day care, dog walking, grooming, and related services for pets in the Harrogate area.

Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit 50% of the booking fee.

Pet Requirements

All pets must be up-to-date with vaccinations and free from contagious diseases. Proof of vaccination must be provided at check-in. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a safety risk.

Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of pets in our care, we cannot be held liable for injury, illness, or loss that occurs despite reasonable care and supervision.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at check-in. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Deposits may be required for extended bookings.

Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to treat our staff and facilities with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
